How does pricing work in CaptionHub?

Our Enterprise offering is tailored to meet and exceed the demands of operating in a global environment. If you have high volumes of video or users; multi-user workflows; or you need support with specific SLAs or custom deployment, InfoSec, legal or procurement - then this is for you.

How does billing work in CaptionHub?

Billing in CaptionHub is defined by output minutes, users, tiers and support levels. Each tier has a monthly output minute allowance. When you download a set of captions for the first time, we deduct minutes from your allowance. Subsequent downloads – either burnt-in subtitles, or timed text – do not affect your balance of minutes.

Is there a minimum term?

We require a year subscription for CaptionHub. Flexible monthly contracts are subject to a 20% surcharge.
