Security is a serious business. At CaptionHub, we are proud of the measures we have in place to make CaptionHub the most secure subtitling platform available. You can be sure that your video content is safe with us as we forensically examine and review our security system and culture on a regular basis.
CaptionHub is ISO 27001:2013 certified
CaptionHub has a highly robust and recognised security management system that protects our customers' data and our platform from cyber attacks. It is regularly reviewed by internal and external auditors.
ISO 27001:2013 certification is an external validation of CaptionHub's compliance with internationally recognised, rigorous security standards. Set by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), this standard governs the security of information assets such as information entrusted by third parties, financial information and intellectual property.
Additionally, CaptionHub is Cyber Essentials certified, a UK government scheme supported by the National Cyber Security Centre which demonstrates good practise and shows that CaptionHub takes its customers' security seriously.
Multi-factor authentication for all
A single, easily compromised password is no longer enough. CaptionHub helps secure your company against breaches due to lost or stolen credentials by applying MFA to all accounts without slowing down your access.
From today MFA is available to all CaptionHub users free of charge.
